It's not an oil but it works really well on eczema it's called gennie salve and you can order it from their web site of the same name. There have been quite a few people with eczema that have tried it and now swear by it. Try it I don't think you will disappointed. It's all natural and it smells like peppermint.
For my baby, we tried Kukui Nut Oil. It worked really well!
