Athletes use Tiger Balm and swear by it.What all natural poultrice or essential oil blend would you recommend for back pain?

aromatic oil with ginger, black pepper or chilli(fried). twisted veins or mass of cool air inside the muscles are removed by the hot effects of this oil formula with proper massage. if you know the plant suelda con suelda or plant with green branches but without leaves, get the root of that plant ,place in charcoal(for few minutes only ), then pound let cool until become lukewarm and then place at the back where there is pain.
evenin...I don''t remember if I told you ;but there is a book, possibly you might get on line called ';The complete medicinal HERBAL-by Penelope ody';.its Fabulous! It would help you so much understand this magikal world of herbs...its been a friend of mine since 1993.there are several great things to use...but how about taking a little '; THYME';like ten drops, add ten drops of lavender oil, into 25 ml almond or sunflower oil,for rheumatic pains or strained muscles.don't use while pregnant,it stimulates the uterine;an thyme oil can irritate the mucous membranes, always dilute well! and always do a small area before you do a big one?hope you feel better an blessed be.!
I'd go with homeopathic arnica or traumeel, tablets internally and cream externally. Alternatively tiger balm has that ';icy/hot'; feel- but i'm not sure if it has a petroleum base- you'd have to check.
