What is the best way to Remove an Essential Oil scent on a part of the body you can't use a Sink for?

If one has applied an essential oil that now doesn't smell all that excellent, how can one remove the scent? Yeah, if it on my hands go wash at a sink, but applied on my buttocks or legs how can I remove it until I can take a bath? What is the best way to Remove an Essential Oil scent on a part of the body you can't use a Sink for?
Try rubbing alcohol it removes scent and oils. What is the best way to Remove an Essential Oil scent on a part of the body you can't use a Sink for?
Another option...

Essential oils want to be absorbed by whatever has the highest fat/oil content. Washing with water...the E.O wants to run away from it and it goes deeper into the skin, the fattier substance. (Found this out the hard way when I had a peppermint oil treatment on the body. Too much E.O and a shower was not the way to fix it) Use a carrier oil, like olive oil, almond sesame. the E.O will seek it out as olive oil has a higher fat content then skin. Rub it in and then wipe off. Then try the rubbing alcohol to finish the job.
some kind of toner on a piece of cotton wool?

I'm a masseusse and if a client wants oil removed before they dress i usually use rose water or orange flower water. These are very good at removing oils.
Rubbing alcohol on a washcloth.

Lemon juice can also be effective.
wash up with soap in the bathroom sink. Or just take a quick shower.
Apply another one that you like on it!!
