I will be fasting all day, so in the morning I need something strong to clean out my mouth. Clove bud is great for oral hygiene, but the box suggests mixing it with alcohol, which I do not want to do.
It is too strong to put on the tongue. What should I do to have fresh breath and clean mouth for all day long? Would diluting it with water work? How much?How else can I dilute clove bud essential oil, other than alcohol, for a mouth wash?
I put a drop on the toothpaste and brush with it.

how about in some Hydrogen Peroxide or your regular mouthwash.
